For XC events - Directions to Pleasant Valley ParkFROM 287- Take 287 to the Mt. Airy Road/Liberty Corner exit. (Also signs for the VA Hospital and USGA). This exit does not have a number. If you were heading north on 287 you will make a right onto Mt. Airy Road. If you were heading South on 287 you will take a left onto Mt. Airy Road. Stay on Mt. Airy Road and go to the second traffic light. (1st light, Lyons Road, 2nd light, Valley Road). Make a left onto Valley Road. Park will come up on your left past Lurline Drive. If you pass the VA golf course, you've gone too far!
FROM 78 EASTBOUND- Take 78 to exit 33 (Martinsville Road/VA Hospital). At end of ramp make a left at light onto Martinsville Road. (Make a right hand turn if you are westbound on 78). Continue on Martinsville Road, passing the Somerset Hills Hotel on your right. After the hotel, make a right at the second traffic light onto Valley Road. Park will come up on your left past Lurline Drive. If you pass the VA golf course, you've gone too far!

Lehigh University – Rauch Fieldhouse 123 Goodman Drive Bethlehem, Pa 18015 Take I-78 W and go 41.6 mi. Take exit #67/Hellertown/Bethlehem, go 0.5 miles. Continue on Silvex Road 0.3 miles. Turn left on Ravena St and travel 0.4 miles. Turn right on Seidersville Road and go 0.3 miles. Turn left on Creek Road and go 0.3 miles. Turn right on Goodman Drive, after 0.2 miles Rauch Fieldhouse is on right. Armory Track – 216 Ft Washington Ave New York, NY 10032 Take the New Jersey Turnpike North, following signs to the George Washington Bridge. As you near the bridge (after passing the Meadowlands), follow yellow signs that say "express" to Bridge. Take the upper level of the Bridge. Once at the bridge and past the $4.00 toll, get to the right lane and exit at 178th Street. Go through one light and make a right at the next light onto Broadway. Go 10 blocks south and make a right onto 168th Street. Go one block west to Fort Washington Avenue. The Armory entrance is at 168th and Fort Washington. Take I-287 North. Proceed to exit 35 - South Street/ Route 124. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. Proceed 100 yards and take the first right, following signs to Route 124. At the stop sign, turn right (Route 124 East). Proceed three miles to Madison. Drew is located on Route 124 (Madison Avenue) on your right. Enter campus at the traffic light on Lancaster Road. Simon Forum and Athletic Center is straight ahead through the gate.
FDU – Teaneck Rothman Center Temple Ave Teaneck, NJ 07666
From the Garden State Parkway (North) Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 161 (Route 4 East). Travel on Route 4 until reaching Hackensack Avenue. Exit at Hackensack Avenue, (immediately following the Main Street Exit), heading south. Proceed to traffic light at Temple Avenue, turning left. FDU's Rothman's Center is located at the end of Temple Avenue.
Bennett Center - (John Bennett Indoor Athletic Complex) 1519 Hooper Ave Toms River, NJ 08753
Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 82 (Route 37 East). Continue on Route 37 East to second traffic light (Hooper Avenue). Take jug handle cross over Route 37. Travel North on Hooper Avenue. The Sports Complex is located approximately 500 feet after the seventh traffic light (Indian Hill Road).
